Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing leads, and maintaining an organized schedule for the sales or business team. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation and creating opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in time management and organization
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role is highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
