Job Description

CTC: 2 TO 4.5 LPA + Reimbursement

Experience:4 to 10 years in sales

Job Responsibilities

Business Management

Oversee and manage all business parameters, including recruitment, activation, and premium collection.

Drive case rate, case count, and persistency to meet company objectives.

Agent Recruitment Activation

Ensure continuous induction, activation, and productivity of agents.

Foster strong engagement and motivation among agents to enhance performance.

Performance Revenue Growth

Drive incentive schemes to help agents exceed income benchmarks.

Promote and implement RR schemes from HO, ZO, and the branch.

Address agent requirements/concerns by liaising with the Head Office.

Compliance Conflict Management

Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory norms.

Manage and resolve channel conflicts effectively.

Goal Setting Monitoring

Set clear product-wise targets and ensure profitability.

Regularly review, monitor, and mentor agents to keep them on track.

Field Engagement Business Development

Conduct regular field observations and demonstrations with the agency force.

Visit agents at their homes and offices to strengthen relationships and drive business development.

Identify opportunities for revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 4 to 10 years in sales

Skills Attributes

Strong people management and leadership skills.

Proven track record in sales and business development.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to motivate and mentor agents effectively.

Understanding of the local market and customer needs.

Graduate in any stream (preferred).
