You will have :

  • Proven track record of excelling in a busy delivery environment
  • Excellent organisational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and learn quickly
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and associated best practice
  • Experience of one or more industry standard ITSM tools
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative

You May Have

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Desktop and Server operating systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL scripting and/or PowerShell scripting
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience of supporting bespoke software solutions
  • First-hand experience of incident management & request fulfilment in an Application Support/2nd line context
  • Release & Deployment experience
  • Experience of Jira Service Management
  • Experience of producing management information/reporting for senior management
  • Service Management experience
