Job Description

Analyze, design, develop, and debug software programs for commercial or internal Oracle applications.
Implement and support Oracle business applications for HR and Payroll as part of a global team.
Work closely with Oracle Product Development and internal business teams to implement solutions.
Develop and implement product extensions, customizations, and enhancements.
Perform testing of new releases and ensure production support for Oracle applications.
Prepare flowcharts, write code, perform debugging, and execute system implementation plans.
Recommend improvements to development, maintenance, and system standards.
May serve in a project lead role, providing guidance to other team members.
