Are you interested in developing the next generation of AI assisted Oracle Cloud SCM Applications and part of innovations in SCM Integration Architecture

If the answer is yes, then come work with us, in our development center. We are looking for a strong Fullstack Application Developer with strong development expertise and good AI knowledge to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade AI applications that deliver measurable business value. As a key member of the SCM Integration Architecture team, you will develop AI-powered features and services using modern approaches such as AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs), while applying strong software engineering fundamentals to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready in a cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Contribute to the Oracle Fusion SCM Technical Architecture, ensuring it aligns with the Oracle's overall next-gen strategy and facilitates scalability and performance.

Design and develop AI-based enterprise applications using modern AI tools and technologies (e.g., AI Agents, RAG, LLMs ).

Apply classical AI/ML techniques (e.g., clustering, classification, regression etc) where appropriate to improve product capabilities.

Build new features and/or enhance existing features to automate complex business flows.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality AI-driven solutions.

Establish and follow best practices for AI development and testing.

Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security expectations in a cloud-native architecture.

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement of standards and tooling.

Essential Skills:

Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in languages such as Python and Java.

Hands-on experience building enterprise software: REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Practical knowledge of LLM application patterns (prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation, guardrails, latency/cost optimization).

Strong problem-solving abilityskilled at converting business goals into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to align technical decisions with stakeholders across teams and geographies.

Optional (but often helpful) additions

Experience with OCI services relevant to AI and cloud-native apps.
Experience with security/compliance for enterprise AI
