- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document all support interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support, German Language.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Experience in using service desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
