Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role emphasizes quality and effective communication, allowing you to accurately identify client issues and design tailored resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Each day presents opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive support and resolution of client issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Horizon. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and their impact on application performance. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Horizon. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
