Summary

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the primary interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to maintaining quality and using exceptional communication skills to ensure our systems run smoothly. You will accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on extensive product knowledge.

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Offer timely technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
• Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
• Good to Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and solutions.
• Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
