As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the primary interface between the client and the system or application. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.

- Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and solutions.
- Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization.
Additional Information
