Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous link between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role involves accurately identifying client concerns and crafting appropriate solutions by leveraging a thorough understanding of the product. This position requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to ensure seamless system operations and client satisfaction throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Document and share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
  • Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Experience in monitoring and maintaining application health and performance.
  • Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of problems.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
