Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management

Good to have skills : Event Management

Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design and implement effective resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Event Management.
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes and workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
