Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must have skills : Microsoft Teams Infrastructure

Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, contributing to overall client satisfaction and system efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and their integration.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with user support and training methodologies.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
