Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Automation DevOps, Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system performance.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
