Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SkyChain Application Support Specialist with expertise in Cargo Domain operations and Splunk log analysis/debugging. The role involves application and incident management for SkyChain, a cargo management application provided by Accelya. The candidate must be available for out-of-hours on-call support as required.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

  • Experience in SkyChain application support OR strong Cargo domain knowledge
  • Expertise in Splunk log analysis and debugging
  • Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to provide on-call support outside regular hours

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)


  • Hands-on experience with other cargo management applications
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and application management
  • Familiarity with Accelya's suite of aviation solutions

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application support and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in airline cargo operations is a plus
