Windows based applications support,

.net based Application support

Understanding of Service Now

Understanding of banking domain

Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors.

Basic understanding of SQL Database

Working Hours/Shift

24/7 Production support. Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
