Job Title Application Support SME GG12

Job Location - Hyderabad

The Application Support SME will lead process discovery, modelling, governance, and optimization initiatives across the organization. This role requires expertise in strong business analysis capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to document, standardize, and improve business processes.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the creation, governance, and maintenance of detailed process models using BlueWorks Live.
  • Drive process discovery workshops with business and technology teams to capture currentstate and futurestate processes.
  • Establish and maintain modelling standards, naming conventions, templates, and documentation best practices.
  • Analyse current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design future-state processes aligned with organizational and technology objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering, and Operations teams to refine workflows and ensure process alignment.
  • Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate complex/technical information in an audienceappropriate manner.
  • Work effectively in a DevOps environment, contributing to continuous improvement and operational resilience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • 810 years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or similar domains.
  • Handson experience conducting and facilitating process discovery and mapping sessions.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., IBM BPM, Appian) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated maturity and experience working in DevOps teams supporting enterprise technologies.
  • Experience with process mapping tools IBM BlueWorks Live experience is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting/programming tools such as Python, PowerShell, SQL, and REST API integrations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience supporting SaaSbased applications in a production environment.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and services (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, incident/problem/change management.

Ability to troubleshoot application issues across infrastructure, configuration, integration, and workflow layers.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
