Job Title: Application Support Lead DMS Worksite
Department: Group Digital Service Operations

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support for DMS platform (MySQL, .NET, Python, Azure VM, iManage).
- Resolve document ingestion, indexing, content search, permissions, iManage integrations.
- Ensure high availability for content management operations.
- Guide engineers, ensure compliance/governance for document handling.
- Participate in on-call rotation and rotating shifts.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
Certifications (Preferred)
- iManage Certification
- SQL/MySQL certification
- ITIL Foundation

Additional Requirements
