Major Deliverables:

  • Managing the SDLC cycle
  • Requirement gathering and documenting the functional process from different verticals
  • Assisting Users in BRD finalization, UAT.
  • Evaluation of solution and efforts for change request.
  • Reviews of Change Requests and Defects of existing live applications.
  • SIT & UAT testing
  • implementing the Projects, CRs, Bugs.
  • Responsible for monitoring the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management and receiving incidents and requests from end-users.
  • hands on oracle PL/SQL
  • Provide L2 and L3 support
