Join our Team and support the seamless operation of our Indie for Business platform. We're looking for professionals passionate about troubleshooting, application support, and digital banking technologies.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 9 Years

Key Skills:

Application Support (L1/L2)

SQL / Oracle / MySQL

Linux / Unix Commands

API Troubleshooting (REST/SOAP)

Splunk / Kibana Log Analysis

ServiceNow / Jira

Digital Banking & BFSI Domain Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident management and issue resolution

• Production monitoring and health checks

• Release validation and deployment support

• Coordination with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams

• Support for customer onboarding, payments, and authentication journey
