You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that enhances the overall efficiency of the team. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly to maintain business continuity.

- Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Align.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Willingness to work in shift B (11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
