Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will act as a software detective. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within various components of critical business systems, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with team members to analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
