Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system operations and ensuring that all components work seamlessly together, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of system processes and troubleshooting steps. - Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
