Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to improve system performance. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with application performance monitoring tools. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
