Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications function smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system functionalities and user experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the software systems that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
