Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance the overall functionality of business applications. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of software systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
