Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of essential business applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of data pipelines and workflow orchestration. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience in automating machine learning workflows and model deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
