Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and analyze system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system functionality and user experience, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of business operations, making you an essential part of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with software debugging and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
