Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem-solving efforts.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to monitor and manage database security and user access controls.
• Familiarity with database replication and high availability solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting database-related issues and providing effective solutions.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
