As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to address complex challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve overall system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to SAP GRC modules and their integration with business processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP GRC environments, including access control, risk management, and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and provide comprehensive support solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and understanding of business-critical workflows impacted by SAP GRC.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
