Summary:
Location: Pune (Mandatory)
Minimum two (2) years experience in middleware development and integration.
Minimum two (2) years experience in web service development using J2EE, Java Stack
One (1) years of development experience in integrating with backend APIs using REST/SOAP/MQ
One (1) years of development experience with Automation Frameworks
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will act as a software detective. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within various components of critical business systems, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with team members to analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools for diagnosing software issues.
- Experience in working with databases and performing queries to support application functionality.
