Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve application stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and support processes.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting Java-based applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis to identify system anomalies.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
