You Will Work On
We help many of our clients make sense of their large investments in data – be it building analytics solutions or machine learning applications. You will work on cutting-edge cloud-native technologies to crunch terabytes of data into meaningful insights.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Management to transform raw data into actionable and meaningful insights for the enterprise.
- Work in a small dynamic, product-oriented environment to deliver enterprise-class products.
- Back-End Engineering: Design, develop and maintain scalable server-side logic and microservices using Java (primarily with Spring Boot ) , Typescript, Nodejs and Python (using Django , Flask , or FastAPI ).
- API Design: Architect and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
- Database Management: Design and optimize relational ( PostgreSQL , MySQL ) and NoSQL ( MongoDB ) database schemas and queries.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between disparate systems, ensuring data flows correctly across the entire application stack.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit, integration, and automated tests to maintain high code quality and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Continuously improve software development practices work across the full stack.
Requirements
- Experience working with product-based companies.
- Languages:Expert-level proficiency inJava,TypeScript, andPython.
- Frameworks:Extensive experience withSpring Boot(Java),React/Angular(TypeScript), andDjango/FastAPI(Python).
- Tools:Proficiency inGitfor version control and CI/CD tools likeJenkinsorGitHub Actions.
- Database Knowledge:Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management and ORM tools likeHibernateorSQLAlchemy.
- 4-6+ Years experience in building modern cloud-native microservices-based applications in Java, Typescript, Nodejs, Spring Boot, and SQL or NoSQL Databases.
- Experience working on Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security frameworks.
- Experience in distributed & scalable application development.

- Hands-on with distributed eventing architectures using Kafka, Google cloud platform (GCP), BigQuery, or other NoSQL databases.
- Ability to produce easily consumable RESTful APIs with strong living documentation and specification-by-example tests.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
