Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery procedures for database systems.
- Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with database security best practices and access control.
- Knowledge of scripting for automation of routine database tasks.
