Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB Administration.
• Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management related to MongoDB.
• Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine database maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
• Knowledge of data replication, sharding, and clustering concepts within MongoDB environments.
