Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to enterprise identity governance solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
