The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within identity and access management systems.
- Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and incident management.
- Ability to analyze logs, system alerts, and performance metrics to diagnose problems.
- Familiarity with integration of identity platforms with various enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
