Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system alerts and logs to detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of application updates and patches.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes within cloud environments.
• Ability to work with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
