Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
• Monitor system health and respond promptly to alerts to minimize downtime.
• Document processes and share knowledge to support team growth and continuity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and its operational challenges.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
