Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
Familiarity with data integration and workflow automation concepts.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in maintaining and supporting business-critical applications.
