As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational excellence. Your role will also require you to stay updated on system changes and enhancements, ensuring that you can provide the best support possible to users and stakeholders alike.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs for issue resolution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
