Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall system functionality and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the software applications that are essential for business continuity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
