Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to improve system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools to resolve software issues. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
