Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements, while also documenting your findings to contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Engage in proactive monitoring of system performance to identify potential issues before they impact operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying. - Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google BigQuery. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
