Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, ensuring that their experience with the software is efficient and effective. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you work to maintain the integrity of the systems in place.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve software issues.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
- Familiarity with system integration and data management.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
