Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

Architect and deploy Microsoft Defender solutions across multi-tenant environments, ensuring comprehensive security coverage.

Configure and manage Defender modules, including Endpoint, Identity, Vulnerability etc

Security and Compliance:

Align Defender configurations with industry best practices and compliance standards, such as Essential 8.

Implement advanced threat protection policies and security baselines across tenants.

Optimization and Support:

Monitor and optimize Defender modules for performance and threat detection.

Provide technical support and documentation for Defender configurations and security policies.

Enable the Managed Services teams to operate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Microsoft Defender and its key modules.

Strong understanding of multi-tenant environments and security frameworks like Essential 8.

Experience in threat detection, response, and mitigation strategies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate

Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and automation tools.
