Summary:
As an Test Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and reporting issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for reporting issues, documenting solutions and providing insights to improve system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to validate the functionalities(as tester) and report issues in Jira
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist development team in reproducing the issues as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Testing Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Must To Have Skills: Testing Experience working in Manhattan WM iSeries(AS400)
- Strong analytical skills to identify software issues.
- Ability to document processes and solutions clearly for future reference.
- Familiarity with HP ALM, Jira and experience with Manhattan OMS is plus
