The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Experience with data pipeline development and maintenance to ensure reliable data flow.
• Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
