Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data workflows and optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and scalable architecture design.
