As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate, contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Airflow.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and scheduling.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software systems.
