This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Good communication skills to document issues and interact with stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
