Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
• Experience with monitoring and managing enterprise-level integration platforms.
• Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose issues effectively.
• Familiarity with business-to-business data exchange protocols and standards.
